Terms & Conditions
1. Starting a project
Work begins once the proposal is approved and a 50% deposit is paid.
2. Payment
The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Invoices are due within 7 days. Payment is by Zelle or another method we agree on.
3. Rush work
Projects needed in under a week carry a 30% rush fee.
4. Changes
Each project includes 2 rounds of changes. Additional changes, or changes to the agreed scope, are billed hourly.
5. Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled midway, work completed up to that point is billed.
6. Client materials
You confirm you have the rights to any text, logos or images you provide.
7. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final approved design. Drafts and unused concepts remain with Blankspace Studio.
8. Portfolio
Blankspace Studio may show the finished work in its portfolio and on social media unless you ask in writing that it not be shown.
9. Files
Final files are delivered as PDF, PNG, SVG and/or EPS. Source files are available on request.
10. Delays
Timelines depend on receiving your feedback and materials on time.
11. Liability
Blankspace Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. Please review all proofs carefully before approving; we are not responsible for errors in printed material after approval.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
